Have tried over and over and over but it tells me the authorization is in progress. AmEx says nothing is wrong on their end. Guess will have to keep on manually reconciling this. Frustrating because other cards connected easily. This app is not up to speed yet. Apparently QB and American express have not fully integrated their software. I was told that they plan to have it integrated in the future to where multiple business card holders can use the AMEX business app to upload reciepts etc.
